Photographs

The picture I am looking is four giraffes eating out of a tree.  I think it is a good photo because it is a higher quality shot. Three things I like about this photo is the angle it was taken, the broadview you get of the photo, and the perfect contrast of sunlight with in the picture.  What I think makes a good photo is FILTERS, FILTERS EVERYWHERE!!!!!!!! You aren't a true photographer unless you use instagram. As long as you use instagram you can be a photographer.  What it takes to be a good photographger is to have the latest mobile Apple device and ther app instagram installed.  What wows me about a photgraph is the chosen filter it, I like Sepia filters.

Special Thing I can do.

What is something special I can do?  Well I tell you what it is something very very special and not many other people can achieve.  What is this special thing?  Well I will tell you, I was able to break my elbow while blogging!  That's right I am so special while filming a vlog for this exact blog I tripped and broke my elbow!  Now how many people can say they are special enough to do that?  Most likely none so yeah I think I am pretty high on the special list!  In the guidelines for this blog by supplied by ours truly, Mrs. Chambers it says provide easy instructions for people to be able to do this special thing.  Well I can't tell you, you just have to be born with the specific set of skills to be able to do so.  Sorry mediocre people.

A New Technology

What new piece of would I like to have?   I would like to have an Alienware laptop.  I want one because they are just about the best computers out there.  Another good feature is all of their parts for all their laptops are compatible so basically you can have a 10 year old laptop that is as update and as fast as the newest model.  They are very easy to upgrade and it is actually cheaper to build your own from scratch then buy an assembled one.  The only drawback is the price,  a brand new one is about $1200 but so is a Mac and you cant upgrade one thing in those you can't even do basic maintenance on them!

Four Day Weekend!

This four day weekend was really uneventful.  I went to Thanksgiving at my Aunt Beth and Uncle Roger's.  After that nothing happened.  My parents went to Frasles wedding and were gone for two days.  I planned to have a a fun time playing Battlefield 3 the whole time but my sister had to be a jerk the whole time and was on the tv almost the whole time.  Then to top it off when my parents came home she them that I was on the Xbox the whole time.  So needless to say she ruined my weekend completely.  But I did get to play some Battlefield sunday night but only for like an hour.  But any Battlefield 3 is better then no Battlefield 3 I guess.

Giving of Thanks

What does the day of giving thanks mean to me?  Well to me it means just about the one and only time Native American's and the White man ever had peace and harmony between each other in U.S. history.  Where I usually go for thanksgiving is either my Aunt Beth and Uncle Roger's house or my great-grandparents.  I would like to have one up north with my mom's parents because I hardly ever get to see that side of my family and during Thanksgiving EVERYONE and I mean everyone is up there.  This year our family were the only people missing.  In our Thanksgiving dinners there isn't really any special food there, just the usual turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing, rolls, pumpkin pie etc.  For our family we don't really have a tradition for Thanksgiving, just eat until you hate yourself.  We are supposed to celebrate Thanksgiving to give thanks to all that we have. Thanksgiving was proclaimed a holiday by Abraham Lincoln shortly after the end of the civil war.

Veterans Day!

What Veteran Day means to me is day to honor all the heroes, people who have the courage that 99% of America doesn't have.  These people fought for our well being, and our way of life.  In my family My great grandfather, my grandfather, my uncle, and two of my cousins are either in the military or have served.  We recognize veterans because they are are they are our true hero's and they deserve way more recognition then they will ever get sadly.  It is something very important to me to celebrate Veterans day.  Personally as soon as I am out of high school I plan to enlist into the Army or Marines as a Support Gunner.  After my first four year enlistment I plan to re-enlist for specialized training.  I have been in a Veteran Day parade before.

The election

Personally I am glad I cannot vote yet because I wouldn't vote for Romney or Obama because they both are unfit to run this nation in my opinion. It's basically like choosing between the lesser of two evils which no election should ever be. Both candidates proposals I believe are just plain lies and neither will follow through with. One very unheard of proposal that no one really seems to be taking notice of in this election is both of their stances on gun control. Obama wants to create a nationwide plan similar to wait he did in Illinois which is completely band handguns, restrict magazine capacity, severely limit the availability of firearms for civilians, and completely ban his definition of "assault rifles" which if you look it up even includes standard rifles with a synthetic stock! He has openly admitted that he would like to reinstate the Clinton Assault Rifle Ban. Romney on the other hand wants to introduce a system very similar to what Australia as in place; this system makes it near impossible for an average American to get a firearm period. Only the rich would be able to get a firearm with all the taxes and red tape, even then they cannot have a gun over a 2 round capacity (double barrel.) In Chicago they have the highest crime rate, and the most strict gun control laws, in Australia since the nationwide recall of guns the crime rate has skyrockets out of control and badly hurt a major part of their economy. This is the main reason I would not vote for either of these men who would infringe upon our rights. Lastly the political advertising drives me crazy last night we got seven phone calls for either Obama or Romney! I stopped anwering the phone after that it honestly is pointless the only thing the ads do is make me not vote for that indivdual even more.

Halloween

Well today the blog topic is Halloween. This year I will not be dressing up for trick or treating but I will probably be forced to follow my little brother around while he does like I had to last year. I personally think that 12-17 is too old to trick or treat. But when you are an adult it is okay to start dressing up again. My favorite costume in elementary school was....I honestly don't remember. I prefer Halloween parties over trick or treating they are usually a lot more fun and you don't have to walk everywhere to get the candy. The best candy you could possibly get in your bag is defiantly an Almond Joy or Mounds. I love them and everyone in my family hates coconut so I always get all of them. I have actually never carved a pumpkin because I didn't want to have to touch the gooey insides of the pumpkin. Hopefully I will be able to actually have a good haunted house to go to this year the Haunting last year sucked.

 

I am PERFECT...............or am I?

Of course in my opinion I am perfect in every shape or form!  But many people don't agree, my immediate family for example do not.  I on the other hand believe that I am! I believe that I am just plain awesome at everything I do, except making a wiki.  Those are hard for anyone even if they are nearly as perfect as me wikis are HARD.  Especially the site we had to make them on, wetpaint.com.  Not fun, but it still does not affect my perfect awesomeness!

3rd hour fiasco

An Interesting 3rd hour

This week I am blogging about the fiasco that was a brewing in my third hour CAD class. It started between the two students directly in front of me Lucky and Jason. Apparently Jason had said something to his sister and Lucky was hardcore freaking out about it. He continually was using profane language towards Jason, but luckily Jason being the more mature one kept his cool. Still Lucky continued to swear and try and get Jason to fight him yet Jason was still able to keep his cool. Then when Jason went to go retrieve his paper from the printer and turn it in, on the way back to his seat Lucky wouldn't let him return to said seat. He kept pushing Jason attempting to trigger a response. Jason still was able to keep his cool and said "please move." So needless to say it was an interesting class and I am curious to see what happens tomorrow.

Fall oh my gosh Fall.
What is my favorite thing about fall?  My favorite thing is staying home and playing Battlefield 3. I don't like fall much its kinda a pointless season.  I honestly could and do care less that all the leaves are changing colors and falling.  They just make the roads more hazardous and get my shoes wet when I walk home.  The only good thing about fall is pumpkin pie which is amazing.  My family doesn't do anything special for Fall and I hardly take pictures of anything so no, I don't take pictures of Fall 

School Spirit Week

This week is homecoming! Woo hoo. Since I broke my arm I wasnt even at school Monday-Wendsday.  I missed the only day I wanted to dress up for, Camo Day.  I came back Thursday for awareness day where I wore my infamous orange hyperdunks
